About Us

Sheers Salon was established in 2012 by Stacy Beseke.

At that time Stacy was married with no children she was currently working with a group of talented women who were all looking for a new work home due to a salon closure. She decided it's now or never, so herself her husband, and some other wonderful family and friends helped make her vision a reality. They worked endless hours creating an inviting environment.

Stacy had been working with this group of women for many years and were able to get to know each others clients by first name basis. "I'd like to say we all have our specific talents @ Sheers and are able to provide services for your everyday family men, women, and children" Stacy wanted the atmosphere when you walked through the door your greeted with a friendly hello and your 1st name. That's where the name and logo Sheers came into play. It was designed to look like the American sitcom "Cheers."

My love for hair came at a very young age when I would use the neighborhood kids to showcase some of my early work. After completing hair school through the Aveda Institute in Milwaukee, WI, I immediately went to work in building my career. I worked for several different salons over the years in Milwaukee ultimately ending up creating my own small business. Throughout my time behind the chair, my love for doing hair and making people happy has only grown. I’m always looking for the newest trends and tools to help people achieve their #hair goals. I’m also known as “The One Who Changes Her Hair All the Time,” so it’s pretty rare you’ll see me with the same hairstyle each time you visit. I just love change!

I started my career in the beauty industry later in life, but have almost 6 years of experience now. I have always loved haircut day, so it made the most sense to go to cosmetology school so that every day could be haircut day! I love everything about hair, but the extremes are my favorite--cutting and extensions! I have spent more than 150 hands-on hours earning my certification in Tightline hair extensions and I am the only stylist in the area who offers this service.

When not at work, I’m chasing my two kids Avery and Kaleb with my husband, Kory. We are a pretty athletic family who enjoy hiking, camping, and all sports. I feel like we are always on the go, but I’ve also grown to love gardening - or at least eating all the fresh veggies from my garden!

Hi, I'm Stacy! I would Say Ive always had a passion for hair. Connecting with clients while making them feel good in their skin is an experience indescribable. I firmly believe in connecting with each client by achieving an informative consultation beforehand. Pictures are extremely important within this process.

Ive been told I'm "The Queen of the Bob" although its certainly one of my "favorites" I can still rock a great Razor textured look as well. I believe its important to keep up with new trends. I love the "natural" bayalage look as well as a piecey more bold look.

The 5 traits that best describe me as a stylist are, I would say I'm a good listener, I love making visions a reality, I will always be very honest, I keep up with my technical skills, and Im very adaptable. I only use high quality products that are very low toxic as well.

When I'm not behind the chair, my time is most spent with my family. I'm extremely blessed with an adventures hard working husband and two of the best children I could hope for. We love spending our time outdoors boating, exploring, trail riding, hiking, camping, and hanging with great family and friends. I believe in "work hard play hard'

HI, my name is Victoria Studer. I've been a stylist for 33 years it's been my Passion since I was a little girl. From making my dolls beautiful to working on actual clients. Not everyone can bring out Your true inner beauty but I've been told not only can I beautify you on the outside I can bring out your inner beauty as well. You really have to listen to your clients, Every client that leaves my chair leaves feeling better than ever.

I specialize permanents, roller sets, & back combing ( a lost art). I also can rock any new cut & color...bring me a picture and we can duplicate anything, This may take multiple appointments but we will achieve the look you are after.

I owned my own salon from 1989 - 2012 Which is when I came to Sheers. I decided to let someone else be in charge although we work as a team here. On my downtime I like to relax at home watch TV with my fiance so I can be on my A game when I'm behind the chair.

Hello, my name is Danielle Diaz. I became a licensed nail technician in 2018 and began my career at Sheers after visiting for my internship hours. It's been a blessing being able to grow and work at Sheers salon. I work especially and most successfully with gel products doing no chip manicures, overlays and nail extensions. I also offer either no polish, regular polish or no chip pedicures. I get to know each clients nail desires, habits and lifestyles that may concern the longevity of my work. I then find the best method of application, length and shape for long lasting beautiful nails! Everyone is different and may need adjustments to their nail services.

I've always had a passion for nails, whether I was painting them myself at home or treating myself to manicures at a salon. I love expressing myself and my mood on my hands with different colors and designs. Transforming nails into works of art and being able to make people happy with their nails is the best job I've ever had! I always say I can't complain much when I leave work covered in glitter and a little nail dust. I love my clients who have become my friends and when we can catch up on life, laugh and enjoy conversation while they visit me for nail services. I accommodate women of all ages, including the up and coming generation who already love to express their individuality through artwork on their nails. Trips to the salon with mom, grandma or their big sister is always a special time for my young clients.
